Flow Rehab, PLLC is a clinic specializing in the care of all ages and all genders who have pelvic dysfunction as well as orthopedic issues or chronic pain. Pelvic dysfunction can include any type of pain in or near the pelvis, and difficulties with bowel, bladder, and sexual health. Chronic pain anywhere in the body can be addressed by our team of skilled providers.
Meet Our Team
Holly Tanner
PT, DPT, MA, OCS, WCS, PRPC, LMP
Holly Tanner is licensed as a physical therapist and as a massage practitioner in Washington state. Your care will include an individual approach based on your goals, with emphasis on empowering you to contribute to your healing journey. Her extensive experience in patient care, practice management, program development and teaching provides for efficient care in cooperation with your other valued providers.
Holly graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1995. She completed training as a licensed Massage Practitioner in 2003 (MA00017967) and has combined her love for both fields by integrating bodywork into patient care. In addition to physical therapy and massage practitioner degrees, Holly is ABPTS board-certified in Orthopedics and in Women's Health, and is certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Provider. She has been certified as a Clinical Instructor and as a Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction Biofeedback provider.
She completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013 at the College of St. Scholastica, where Holly has also served as adjunct faculty in the Doctoral of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. In addition to serving as adjunct faculty both in the classroom and in the online DPT program for St. Scholastica, Holly served as adjunct faculty for the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, where she taught the graduate-level anatomy course within the Physical Therapy program and developed an elective in Women's Health.
Currently, Holly serves as the Director of Education for the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, which she joined as faculty in 2006. For the Institute, Holly teaches the Pelvic Floor Series, the Peripartum courses, and the Men’s Pelvic Rehabilitation course. She has served as a consultant to hospitals, private clinics, medical companies, state chapters, new practice owners, and for research project development.
Rachel Kilgore
PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, PRPC, PPCES
Rachel Kilgore graduated from Central Washington University in 2004 where she received a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Nutrition. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!) in 2007. Rachel has worked in the realm of orthopedics, and in 2015 passed the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS) Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) exam. She is also certified with the Ola Grimsby Institute as a manual therapist (COMT).
The pregnancy and postpartum period is also an area of clinical passion for Rachel, as she has worked with birthing people during and after pregnancy, and with all pelvic health issues such as prolapse, bowel health, bladder dysfunction, and pelvic girdle pain, to name a few. She is a certified pelvic rehabiliation practitioner (PRPC) and holds a certification for pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialty (PPCES). After giving birth to her first child, Rachel is especially passionate about sharing her knowledge and easing the path for those who are pregnant or in their postpartum period. Rachel works with patients of all genders and ages, and with an extensive background in collegiate athletics and soccer, also loves to help return people to their favorite activities, be it playing with their grandchildren or hitting the slopes.
Rachel continues her passion for helping folks in the peripartum period in her role as Faculty Instructor for Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute where she teaches the Peripartum course series. When not working, she loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. Look for the family at any Sounders, Huskies, or other Seattle sports game! She also loves spending time in nature, hiking, exercising, or reading a book.
Simone Romero
PT, DPT, CLT
Simone earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in Missouri. She comes to the Pacific Northwest after being raised in Houston, Texas.
Simone started out working extensively with pelvic health conditions at the Pavilion for Women and Texas Children’s Hospital where she has been able to pursue her passion for holistic care that includes pelvic rehabilitation. While she can treat all conditions related to pelvic health, she is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and brings this valuable skill and knowledge into her patient care.
Simone enjoys treating patients of all ages and genders as it allows her to engage with the community on a greater scale. She is continually learning from her patients and is especially passionate about helping her patients feel at home in their bodies again.
In her free time, she enjoys triathlons, hiking and camping, and connecting with friends over game-nights and home-cooked meals.
Administrative Staff
Ashok Tanner
Ashok Tanner assists the clinic in cleaning, re-stocking rooms, and by assembling or constructing any new furniture and equipment. He is currently in high school at Lincoln. Outside of the clinic he is active in karate and is a Counselor-in-Training at the Boys & Girls Club. He is also a Seaman Apprentice in the US Navy’s Sea Cadet program.
